Acceptance

By using cloudorch.digital and requesting estimate services from CloudOrch Digital, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a session.

Services described

CloudOrch Digital provides informational mining profitability reviews, electricity cost audits, and hardware profile setups for desktop traders. Pricing on the site is informational only. No payment checkout is processed through this website. Binding commercial terms are confirmed in writing when you book.

Estimates are not guarantees

Profitability and electricity figures are estimates based on inputs you supply and publicly observable network or tariff data at the time of work. Coin prices, difficulty, pool policies, and utility rates change. We do not guarantee future mining credits, investment returns, or bill amounts.

Intellectual property

Site content, estimate templates, and written deliverables remain the property of CloudOrch Digital until otherwise stated in a written agreement. You may use your personal deliverable for your own desk decisions. You may not resell our templates or republish site content without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the contact forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful content. You are responsible for the accuracy of hardware and tariff information you provide.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, CloudOrch Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from reliance on estimates, including trading or mining decisions you make afterward. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or our services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
