Refund Policy

This policy covers paid estimate sessions offered by CloudOrch Digital: Mining Profitability Reviews, Electricity Cost Audits, and Hardware Profile Setups. It does not cover products, subscriptions, or physical goods we do not sell.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid directly to CloudOrch Digital for a scheduled session or package. Informational website content is free and not refundable.

Timeframe

• Full refund of the session fee if you cancel at least 48 hours before the confirmed start time.
• 50% refund if you cancel between 48 and 12 hours before the start time.
• No refund for cancellations within 12 hours of the start time, or for no-shows, except where required by mandatory law.

Work already started

If intake review or modeling has begun before a remote session (for example, we have already prepared a draft sheet from materials you sent), we may deduct a fair portion for work performed and refund the remainder. You will receive a short explanation of the deduction.

Deposits

Deposits that hold an appointment follow the same cancellation windows as session fees. If a deposit is converted into the final invoice, refund calculations use the total paid for that engagement.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Further reschedules may be refused or billed a small administrative fee disclosed when you ask. Our cancellations (illness, office closure) entitle you to a full refund or a new date at your choice.

Non-refundable items

• Third-party costs we advance at your request (for example, special meter equipment rental) once purchased
• Completed deliverables already sent when you later decide not to mine

Process and method

Email info@cloudorch.digital with your name, session date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
