Data we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, optional service selection, optional hardware notes, and message content. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Cookie data is described on our Cookies page.

Purposes

We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule estimate sessions, deliver written sheets, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution. Session deliverables related to paid work may be retained up to 5 years for business records. You may ask us to delete data that is no longer needed for those purposes.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact info@cloudorch.digital to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant Korean supervisory authority.

International transfers

If we use email or infrastructure providers located outside Korea, personal data may be processed in those countries under contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer. We limit transfers to what is necessary to operate the service.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive identifiers in forms.

Children

Our services are directed to adults making hardware and electricity decisions. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
