How we measure in practice

Use a quality wall meter or smart plug on the PC circuit. Record idle at the trading terminal, then hashing at your usual intensity. The delta is the mining draw for schedule math. If the whole PC shares a plug strip with monitors, note that and measure the tower alone when possible.

When we still use manufacturer data
